CONSIDERATIONS
The course was created to trigger you, to make you reflect, think, and maybe rethink decisions and actions you're taking in your life. It's crucial to stop the video, take notes, and reflect on the questions during the course. Use a textbook to write down the question, answer them, and start making plans to change your life.

ADJUST VIDEO SPEED.
Feel free to adjust the video speed if you believe it is too slow or too fast. I was focused on creating a more versatile and democratic course so more people could interact with the lessons. Thus, I used the strategy of speaking slowly, having in mind people like me who English is not my first language and want to better assimilate the message behind the course.

TAKE ACTIONS TO START CHANGING.
The primary goals of this course are to help you identify improvement opportunities, achieve significant changes in your life, and make this happen. You need to create a solid and straightforward plan that will require you to take actions. Actions that will move you from point A to point B, and be more aware of how you can make this transition in a smooth and efficient way.
